2.Payment Options

1.Credit/Debit card.

WildDay.com currently accepts payment from within the UK and its associated islands, Ireland, and BFPO addresses using any of the following credit or debit cards.

No orders will be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder and its registered address.

All orders will be charged when they are placed.

3.Credit/Debit Card Security

WildDay.com use Datacash., the Payment Service industry market leader , to process all credit and debit card transactions.

Their secure socket layer software (SSL) is the industry standard and amongst the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

It encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number, name, and address. and ensures that nothing can be read as it travels over the internet.

The Datacash Payment Gateway will automatically reject any transaction encrypted at less than 128 bit. Datacash is PCI DSS ( The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ) compliant.

We want to assure you that shopping with WildDay is both safe and secure.

None of our customers have had an instance of fraudulent use of their credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.

2. By Cheque – Cheques should be made payable to WildDay.com and posted to

We reserve the right to hold all goods until the cheque has cleared.

We will therefore not dispatch any goods until at least five working days after receipt of the cheque.

4. Delivery & Postage

Postage

We charge a flat rate of £5.95 per order for all postage and packaging within mainland UK, including the Scottish Islands.

This charge remains the same regardless of the number of items ordered. 

 All orders will be dispatched within 24hours and delivery will take between 2-3 working days

For orders to BFPO addresses, we can ship for £11.50 per package provided it weighs less than 30kg.

If an order weighs in excess of 30kg it will have to be shipped as separate orders weighing less than 30kg.

Each separate order will be charged at £11.50.

For shipment to any other country please e-mail info@wildday.com and we will be pleased to provide a quotation.

Unfortunately we are unable to arrange delivery to any PO Box Number within the UK.

Delivery

All deliveries are made via City Link and whilst we make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within 2-3 working days, we cannot guarantee delivery times. All orders will normally be delivered between 7 am- 5.30pm.All deliveries require a signature.

If City Link attempt delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left advising you that your goods have been taken to a local Post Office where it can be collected within 16 days.The card will give the order number , Post Office address , and telephone number to call. Delivery is normally attempted at least twice on consecutive working days.

5. Returns Policy

 “What if I just don’t like the goods or they are the wrong size?”

Return it to us unused within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of (1) placing a new order on the website to receive your chosen replacement item(s) or (2) a full refund, once processed through our warehouse. When you return the item to us, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the manufacturers' tags are still attached. 

You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item and it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.  We can only accept returned goods if they are of merchandisable quality.  We will not accept returned goods if they have been worn or used.

Footwear Returns

 Any footwear returned to us must be in its original packaging and this must be returned in either a box or jiffy bag.  Any footwear returned in its original packaging only, will not be eligible for a refund.  If you require a different size please place a new order on our website.

Tent Returns

 Any tent returned to us must be in its original package or box , and where possible returned in a suitable protective wrapping.  Any tent returned to us with the postage labels adhered to the stuff sack will not be refunded.  Returned tents that have been pitched, even indoors, are considered second-hand and un-sellable.  Therefore tents that have been pitched or exhibit signs of use will be returned to the customer and a £5.95 charge applied for postage.

Returns Procedure

If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you.  In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return.

1) E-mail info@wildday.com and explain the situation.

2) Package the item appropriately and write your order number on the outside.

3) Enclose a brief note explaining the situation and what action you would like us to take.  Remember to write your order number on the note so that we can identify your goods. Goods returned without a covering note will not be entered into the returns system.

4) Remember to place a new order on our website if you require a replacement for an unsuitable item.  This enables us to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you follow these 4 simple steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Please note:  We understand that some goods bought at this time of year are Christmas presents. Any unwanted Christmas gifts purchased in November or December will benefit from an extended return period and may be returned up until the 15th of January, provided that our returns policy is followed.  In particular this means that returned goods must be unused or unworn with all tags and packaging intact.

Remember, we post out and receive thousands of packages a week in our warehouse.  Therefore it is impossible for us to process anonymous packages turning up in our warehouse with no returns identification.

"But what if I discover my goods are faulty?"

Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info@wildday.com.  We will either refund the goods, replace or repair them or issue a credit note depending on the circumstances.
